Miles & Force

Ran 3.8 miles on gentle inclines and declines at no pace to write home about.

Pushed & Pulled an SUV around continuously for 15 minutes.

Sat down wrote and edited for several hours.

My butt hurts worse from sitting down to write. Go figure.

    • Thanks. It was a good combo. Put lots of continuous intensity into the 4×4. Highly functional. But man, without training, sitting jobs take years off peoples’ lives.
